Established in 1973, SSG is Charlottesville's original contemporary art space, presenting exhibitions of the best in new art and related educational programs to the community and region. Second Street Gallery is 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, and thus relies on the support of contributors like yourself to continue with our mission:
To enliven Virginia through access to the best in contemporary art and artists; and to inspire new ways of thinking, seeing and doing.
